We are the Hadron Knights

We are FTC team # 12600, Hadron Knights from Tampa FL. We use robotics to help us advance in science, technology, engineering, and math. FTC helps us expose ourselves to many new things including robotics, engineering design, Java programming, sensors, and controls.

In FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC) program, middle and high school students design, build, program, and operate robots of their own design to play a floor game in an alliance format against other teams. Guided by adult coaches and mentors, team members develop STEM skills and practice engineering principles, while realizing the value of hard work, innovation, and sharing ideas. Students learn and employ many skills they already have and may acquire as part of the FTC experience, like programming, engineering design, CAD tools like PTC Creo, Autodesk Inventor, electronics, metalworking, graphic design, web creation, public speaking, videography, and much more.

Sponsorship

Teams, like us, rely on sponsors to procure parts and tools to build the robot and a competition field to run and test the robot iteratively. If you decide to become one of our esteemed sponsors, then we will advertise and promote your business on our team website, on the robot during the competition, and team shirts and banner. If you would like to donate to our team, please go to our sponsorship page to learn more about the levels of sponsorship and their advantages.
